Child Rights & Relief

The East West Children’s Home

The East West Foundation strives to ensure that the lives of the children residing with us are as peaceful and fulfilling as possible. Almost every child is involved in music and dance. Up to 40 to 50 children participate in Karate classes twice a week. Children are able to play games such as – cricket, football and volleyball on our dedicated fields and courts.

Our children’s home provides:

  • Environmental Sustainability
  • Healthy meals for all children
  • Fresh mild daily from our resident cows and vegetable garden to provide seasonal vegetables
  • A purpose-built computer centre for education programs
  • Rainwater collection system and an environmentally friendly wastewater treatment
  • Children are able to maintain contact where possible, with their extended families
  • Children can play cricket, soccer, volleyball and range of games on purpose-built courts
  • Children may stay until they turn 18 years of age (finishing high school), or they may depart earlier if circumstances permit.

Donations over $2 are tax deductable
